On the Dragbikelive radio show last night it was stated that turbos will be allowed in P/M starting in 2010. I have no particulars but I am sure a press release will give all the information on the specifics.
My signature was the same as Fasthouse's signature but then he changed it to some hoodoo voodoo stuff!

So whats the difference between a Pro Mod with a turbo and a Funnybike? Just wheelbase and tire size?

In the past, it's been fuel choices.  ProMod turbos were gas only, whereas Funnybike is alcohol turbo or gas plus nitrous turbo.

I believe P/M is limited to one power adder,ie N20 or turbo. Originally turbo with an intercooler counted as two adders and became illegal,ie Scott Crippen.

Wheelbase, tire size, etc but F/B uses all, both N20 and turbo. Now gasoline turbo or alcohol turbo may be different. I believe nitro is legal in F/B but NA. Where T/F is blower nitro.

If the limits are kept to wheelbase and tire size the engine combination is going to be a mute point.
