It seems as though every bad dealing has two sides to the story and the person with the quickest keyboard can get on here and badmouth the opposing party with their side of the story.

It's more like a person is guilty until proven innocent and in many cases the other party never even knows, or finds out a lot later, that have been subject to the public embarrassment. 

This section seems to invite people to have it out in a public forum with little fear of recourse.
