While I can't speak for the employees here you may have spoken to in the past, I can say with great certainty that the Gen VI FI system you have was produced by ACCEL-DFI, and has not been supported by them since they switched to the Gen VII some 8 years ago. As such, if the manufacturer themselves will not support it, we are even less able to.
Your best bet may be to frequent automotive websites where there may be other examples of Gen VI still in use. You may be able to find someone there who has information on this long-obsolete system.
We've not produced this particular turbosystem since the 1990's. We do get off our asses for many things, but time marches onward with great rapidity in the electronics market. Even colossuses like Dell Computer cannot tech support systems produced over ten years ago, much less second-or-third hand owners of such systems. Like any manufacturer, technical support is not intended to be perpetual...it is to support the customers who have made recent purchases in the last several years, after which time support falls to the independent repair market.
It's out there...all you have to do is look!

It's not just the electronic part I've tryed to get info like base timing and fuel pressure info and other basic info from the tech guys for almost 10 years now and have not gotten anywhere. As for the info I need now being out there if anyone should have it it should be the guys that sell the kit. My book that I have says something along the line of service after the sale thats on the very first page and as I've said I got nothing but it's to old.

I'm not sure I understand...you're referring to a system that's been out of production for over a decade, on a bike that's nearly 20 years old. You relate that you've been trying for years to get information, despite our apparently continuous assertion that we no longer have it due to the system being obsolete (every product has a life cycle, none infinite). Something seems a bit awry here...why would you keep trying for ten years if you'd been told we don't have the information any longer? I'm not trying to call you out, I just would like to understand your approach, and why you didn't subsequently seek the assistance of a tuning pro...nothing you have there is so unique that we'd be the only source of information.
In our basic approach, anything that's been out of production for years does have to be put to bed at some point. My Tech Support folks are fluent in what we offer now, but some of them were in grade school when the obsolete system you own was being sold. Even then we only sold a handful, so the need to educate current personnel in detail on this product is non-existent. I'd like to tell you we can train them on everything we've ever done dating all the way back to our inception in 1988, but that's just not neccesary, or reasonable.
You do mention service after the sale; I'd be happy to look up your purchase...when did you make it, and was it under the name you show on your profile?

Gigglr, for your wiring questions, I did find this resource: ACCEL-DFI Instruction SheetsI also searched our current database for your name, but did not find it...however, this database, which is the same one our Tech Support people use, only goes back so many years (eight, if I recall correctly). Please do let me know when you purchased the system from us, and I'll look for the paper invoice so I can know for sure what you have (provided we still have it on file).

Do you have any videos of the crime? Not that I really want to see you getting raped, but the visuals have got to be somewhat disturbing.

Gigglr, I found what I think to be the instructions file from this turbosystem. Unfortunately, it appears to have been composed on a software program from long ago (looks like some early version of Word Perfect), and I cannot open it with current software. Hang on to your hard copy!

This one is directed at Bill THANK YOU and I mean that. I have not called or emailed your tech department for probly at least 7 years if not more. I had always heard of the great products and tech support by your company which is why when I came accross this I got it and after I got this set up all I got was I wasn't working here or some crap like that. It was 5 or 6 questions in a 2 month time and it was all the same ( BAD ). It truley did seem like nobody there cared. I didn't mean anything personal at you I have heard good things about you. I do still say I was not treated right back when the system was not that old. I probly should have found somebody back then to bitch to but I didn't. I saw somebody post a reply about that seems like great customer service when you found the info they are right ! I wish I would have know how hands on you were and I would have asked for you advice instede of getting into a pissing match with you MY BAD. As for finding paper work with my name on it you will not I got this from a buddy of someone that died in prison which was why I needed so much help from the get go. Thank you again for the leg work you did personely
