A great job by Keith, Roger,Lenord and all who helped them this past weekend when they lowered the Turbo Funnybike record from the 6.45 ET that Gary Clark held for several years by running a 6.43 ET and backing it up with another 6.43 run. Even though Garys record was retired this year do to changes made to the Funnybike class his 6.45 was the number these guys have been chasing for years so I know they were thrilled to run low 40s. Could we see 30s soon?
 On another note if you weren't at Indy you wouldn't know how hard these guys worked to accomplish what they did. On Fridays test and tune their bike poped and cracked all the way down the track and on top of that it was losing boost down track so they started the task of finding the problem but nothing definite could be found on any one thing causing the prombems so they decided to replace some parts that might be part of the problem with spares. Before it was done this led to changing motors,changing turbos.changing ignition boxes, changing...well I think Roger changed everthing but his underwear. Then after all of that they set a new record...truly amazing. Well done guys.

It seems as though the NOTION from one or two of my Suzuki budies that said the old Kaw won't hold up in order to set record breaking numbers is a myth.....
