I HAVE A 1428 SUZUKI 1-2 AUTO BEST E.T 5.31 AT 121  1/8TH MILE  ,MY GEARING IS 15 /50 MY 60 FT TIMES WAS 1.23 USING A 26/7/18 GOODYEAR SLICK ,WENT TO M/T AND 60FT WENT TO1.33 TO 1.30 BEST ET 5.42 120MPH .WAS THINKING ABOUT CHANGING FRONT SPROCKET TO14 TOOTH  I AM USING A M.T.C LOCK UP LEAVING LINE AT 4,800 RPM SHIFTING AT 10,875 .ANY INFO ON THIS SET UP, SHOULD IT PICK MY 60FT UP AND E.T OR HURT IT.

I wrote a program called Performance Miscellaneous which has a lot of gearing info in it.  It's on my website on the "Download Files" page.  It's shareware so that means you can try it first before you spend any money.  Let me know if it helps or make suggestions as to what I can add.

Why are you leaving with the rpm so low? I have a small tire bike, though not as quick as yours, & I leave at 7800. Have you tried working with the static & weight on the arms to get it to leave above 7000? That would bring your 60 foots & your ets both down. Ray.

What I find interesting is the 60ft slowing down so much when you installed the M/T.  Why would you use the M/T when the Goodyear was clearly superior and try to make up the 60ft with gearing?  I have been thinking about trying the Goodyear again myself.  Don't mean to hijack this thread.

I run a 1166 small tire. 16/44 gearing.  I launch at 10000 and my best 60 ft is 1.25
1/8 mile  5.67 at 124.78. . I also run a goodyear.  Are you using a 2 step?

I agree with Ray, I would be leaving in the 7-8K range, the bike should go much quicker.

went racing  this weekend added 15 grams on clutch and took 3 grams off arms , went up to 5,800 rpm on two step , slipping clutch about 20 to 25 ft ,  60 ft  1.34 all day , ran 5.45 three or four times , i  beleave  can get my 60ft time back to 1.23  by going up on rpm  im going to try 7,000 and see how far it slippes the clutch ,then add some grams of weight on arms and maybe some more stactic      thanks for the help i have been going the wrong way on clutch and rpm
